Going to college can be complicated. We're here to make understanding your tuition and staying on top of your payments simpler.

Important Info

The Cashiers Office will be closed on Friday December 6 between the hours of 1pm-2:30pm.  UMKC Central will be able to assist during these hours with questions and payments except for cash payments.

The Cashiers Office will close at 2pm on Tuesday December 24 for the university winter break and reopen on Thursday January 2 at 8 am

  

 

 

Contacting the Cashiers Office

You can email or call the Cashiers Office for assistance with any billing related questions at cashiers@d809.com or 816 235 1365.  We are open Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.  Beginning 9/3/2024 we will close at 4:30pm for walk-in traffic/cash payments.

For security purposes please note that when calling the Cashiers Office we ask that you have the 8 digit UMKC student ID number or the student's social security number.

Please include the student ID number in any correspondence to our office.
